BASEMENT TOWN HOUSE

NORTH YORK, ON

The goal of this Basement Renovation was to maximize the use of the space and create a uniformed theme throughout. Careful thought and planning went into this project to pick the finishes and achieve the desired result. We started with this master washroom then proceeded to the steam-room, laundry room, kitchen then living area that was converted into living room and bedroom.

STEAM ROOM

NORTH YORK, ON

This steam-room 7' x 4' was complimented with pot-lights wood tile and mosaic tile on the floors to make this small space feel more spacious and luxurious. We were able to fit a bathroom, steam-room and a laundry room into a 19' x 8' area which is unheard of, giving you an idea of what we can do with small spaces.

The goal of this project was to make this small space feel more spacious and cozy, using existing furniture with a few new pieces we were able to achieve that goal while staying within the budget.
